More than three years of conflict in Sudan have created one of the most devastating humanitarian crises in the world.
A powerful 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck the southern Philippine island of Mindanao on June 8, causing widespread destruction across several provinces. Homes, schools, churches, roads, and healthcare facilities suffered extensive damage as communities scrambled to recover from one of the strongest earthquakes to hit the region in recent years.
The Democratic Republic of Congo is facing a rapidly escalating Ebola outbreak that health officials warn could become one of the most severe in the country’s history. Since the outbreak was declared in May, confirmed cases have spread across multiple provinces, with hundreds of infections and a growing death toll.

Through our current partnerships in Uganda at the Kajoma Child Prosperity Center (KCPC), we saw a great opportunity to make an even bigger impact by providing funding and support to open a primary healthcare clinic. It is through the generosity of our donors that we have made much progress on this initiative, and it is through their continued support that we will be able to complete and open a functioning medical center in a region of the world that is in dire need of one.
