Job Title: International Ambassador (Uganda Representative)

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Company Overview: All For One Foundation is a compassionate organization dedicated to supporting orphanages in Uganda, across Africa, and globally. Our mission is foster positive change through supporting child prosperity centers, and build sustainable business relationships and cultural bridges.

Job Description: All For One Foundaiton is seeking an International Ambassador to represent Uganda, Kenya, and other regions of Africa, and support our initiatives in building business relationships, bridging cultural gaps, and overcoming language barriers. As the International Ambassafor, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential partners, facilitating communication, and fostering understanding between our organization and stakeholders in Uganda and Africa. Additionally, you will engage with US citizens to raise awareness and understanding of the needs in Uganda and Africa.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a liaison between All For One Foundation and stakeholders in Africa and the USA, including orphanages, businesses, government agencies, and community leaders.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in Uganda to facilitate partnership opportunities and collaboration.
3. Serve as a cultural interpreter and language resource to bridge communication gaps between international partners and stakeholders.
4. Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the mission and values of All For One Foundaiton, fostering sustainable growth and support for orphanages in Uganda and Africa.
5. Coordinate and participate in meetings, conferences, and events to promote All For One's mission and initiatives.
6. Provide insights and recommendations to the organization based on your understanding of the local culture, customs, and business landscape in Uganda and Africa.
7. Engage with US citizens through various channels such as presentations, workshops, and community events to raise awareness about the needs of orphanages in Uganda and Africa.
8. Cultivate relationships with potential donors, volunteers, and supporters in the US to garner support for All For One's initiatives and projects in Uganda and Africa.

Qualifications:

1. Residency in Africa, preferably Uganda, with a deep understanding of the country's culture, customs, and business practices.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge cultural and linguistic barriers.
3. Proven experience in business development, relationship management, or related fields.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Passion for social impact and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of orphaned children in Uganda and Africa.
