 Christopher Bell, Executive Director.
Chris has been the part-time Executive Director of the All For One Foundation since April 2006. From August 2002 to March 2006 he served as the Director of International Programs.
He holds degrees from DePaul University, International Public Services Management, M.S., 2005, graduating with distinction; Augustana College, Geography, B.A. 1993.
He has 12 years of professional non-profit experience focused on disaster relief, international program management, and fundraising. His international field experience includes Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Thailand and the Philippines. He has worked for Augustana College, United Way of Metro Chicago and currently holds a leadership role at the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago.

 Carleen VanDahm, Director of Interactions
Carleen has been with All For One from inception in 2000. She has performed many roles with the organization including fundraising, marketing, board development, program development and implementation, volunteer coordination, and administrative duties. Carleen has served as National Program Director since 2003.
Carleen is currently working on her BA for Business/ Child Development from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2005, Carleen earned her certificate in Intergenerational Programming from the University of Pittsburgh.
She has 13 years of professional non-profit experience focused on child education and education for improvement of social conditions. She worked with C.O.P.S to promote child and community safety on multiple levels, Parent University for community awareness, Valley View School district Athletic Boosters for youth activities, and was The Board President for Winston Village Home Association and Chairman of The Social Committee impacting 27 communities in the Chicago land area. She is currently working with Generations United and the University of Pittsburgh on their International Intergenerational conference for 2007.
